Where are my customers?

You've got a fabulous idea, a logical business plan, the necessary funding, so you're ready to go. Does anybody care?

Marketing is the key to success in business today. Guest Entrepreneur, Susan Singer, founder of Field Trip Factory, will provide insights into marketing for the entrepreneur. Susan spent over 25 years in marketing with some of the largest agencies in the U.S. prior to creating her own successful business.

With a national presence, Chicago based Field Trip Factory creates educational opportunities for children and adults in the real world. They have turned the community into a classroom. What started with 3 employees has now grown to 25 in just 10 years.

Susan Singer has put her beliefs about marketing into her business. "At Field Trip Factory we have employed guerilla marketing tactics, buzz and viral marketing and other creative, non-traditional tactics to succeed." Susan will discuss alternative and traditional media, its uses and benefits during this luncheon.
